The deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the global financial services sector has crossed a critical threshold, signaling a significant shift from strategic discussions to tangible operational implementation. New research from Finastra reveals that only 2% of financial institutions worldwide report no AI utilization whatsoever, a dramatic indicator of the technology's widespread adoption.
The study, which surveyed 1,509 senior leaders across 11 markets, underscores the extensive embrace of AI. Notably, financial institutions in Singapore have been identified as pioneers in this transition, leading the integration of AI into their production and operational processes.
